A nen\u00ed tomu jinak ani u zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161ikm\u00fdch st\u0159ech \u010di zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed strop\u016f podkrov\u00ed pod studen\u00fdm p\u016fdn\u00edm prostorem (st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed dutinou). Tam lze vyu\u017e\u00edt mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f tepeln\u00fdch izolac\u00ed a jedn\u011bmi z nich jsou i foukan\u00e9 a st\u0159\u00edkan\u00e9 izolace. Tj. r\u016fzn\u00e9 najemno rozvoln\u011bn\u00e9 vaty (p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed, sklovl\u00e1knit\u00e9, \u010dedi\u010dov\u00e9 aj.), foukan\u00e1 celul\u00f3za \u010di rozvoln\u011bn\u00fd polystyren apod. U st\u0159\u00edkan\u00fdch izolac\u00ed pak bu\u010f celul\u00f3za s pojivem \u010di r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy PUR p\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou v\u0161ak zm\u011bny po\u017eadavk\u016f na konstrukce s takov\u00fdmi izolacemi oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm vkl\u00e1dan\u00fdm deskov\u00fdm \u010di rolovan\u00fdm tepeln\u00fdm izolant\u016fm? Pom\u011brn\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud mluv\u00edme o zateplen\u00ed \u0161ikminy st\u0159echy, vznik\u00e1 zde naprosto element\u00e1rn\u00ed po\u017eadavek, aby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed jak u st\u0159\u00edkan\u00fdch tak i u foukan\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch izolant\u016f do \u0161ikminy st\u0159echy bylo pod podst\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed membr\u00e1nou (DHV = dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 hydroizola\u010dn\u00ed vrstva) v \u0161ikmin\u011b st\u0159echy na krokv\u00edch pou\u017eito tuh\u00e9 bedn\u011bn\u00ed. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vysoce paropropustn\u00e9, tj. nap\u0159. prkenn\u00e9 bedn\u011bn\u00ed (s 5-10 mm \u0161t\u011brbinkami mezi prkny) \u010di vysoce dif\u00fazn\u00ed d\u0159evovl\u00e1knit\u00e9 desky. Naprosto jednozna\u010dn\u011b to po\u017eaduj\u00ed Pravidla pro navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed st\u0159ech CKPT (2014), viz. \u010c\u00e1st 4, bod 6.8. na str. 131. Nemluv\u011b o platn\u00e9 norm\u011b \u010cSN 731901-2 Navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u0159ech, kter\u00e1 na \u201ePravidla \u2026.\u201c v t\u00e9to v\u011bci navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed DHV odkazuje. Co\u017e je platn\u00e9 p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv podst\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed membr\u00e1ny kter\u00e9hokoliv v\u00fdrobce !!!<\/p>\n<p>Pokud toti\u017e pod podst\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed membr\u00e1nou (DHV) nebude provedeno bedn\u011bn\u00ed, pak p\u0159i aplikaci jak st\u0159\u00edkan\u00fdch PUR p\u011bn, tak i foukan\u00fdch izolant\u016f hroz\u00ed vysok\u00e9 riziko \u201evydut\u00ed\u201c podst\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed membr\u00e1ny sm\u011brem vzh\u016fru (\u010dasto a\u017e ke st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edm lat\u00edm \u010di k bedn\u011bn\u00ed krytiny), co\u017e znehodnot\u00ed funkci ventila\u010dn\u00ed mezery skladby st\u0159echy a nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u011b nav\u00e1d\u00ed pod DHV tekouc\u00ed vodu ke d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdm kontralat\u00edm konstrukce. V letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed pak vysok\u00e9 riziko rychl\u00e9ho p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed skladby a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i interi\u00e9ru podkrov\u00ed. A pokud bude nav\u00edc st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed krytina pou\u017eita z materi\u00e1l\u016f s vysok\u00fdm dif\u00fazn\u00edm odporem (plechy, bitumenov\u00e9 \u0161indele, plastov\u00e9 \u0161ablony, krytiny podlo\u017een\u00e9 n\u00edzkodif\u00fazn\u00ed podlo\u017ekou \u010di n\u00edzkod\u00fazn\u00edm bedn\u011bn\u00edm aj.), je pak mo\u017en\u00e9 \u201edoc\u00edlit\u201c i vzniku nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed kumuluj\u00edc\u00edch se a\/nebo i neodpa\u0159iteln\u00fdch kondenzac\u00ed uvnit\u0159 zateplen\u00e9 skladby konstrukce. Jejich\u017e d\u016fsledkem pak bude nejen obrovsk\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 vodivosti konstrukce (zna\u010dn\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta tepeln\u011b izola\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti = vysok\u00fd \u00fanik\/pr\u016fnik tepla), ale i pl\u00edsn\u011b, hniloby a ohro\u017een\u00ed \u017eivostnosti nosn\u00e9 konstrukce st\u0159echy. Tj. poru\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f normy \u010cSN 730540 Tepeln\u00e1 ochrana budov, \u010d\u00e1st 2 Po\u017eadavky, hlava 6 \u0160\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed vlhkosti konstrukc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nemluv\u011b o tom, \u017ee podst\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed membr\u00e1na (DHV) v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je u zateplen\u00e9 st\u0159echy aplikov\u00e1na pod ta\u0161kovou krytinou \u010di pod vl\u00e1knocementovou maloform\u00e1tovou \u0161ablonou (v\u010detn\u011b jejich imitac\u00ed z jin\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f), by m\u011bla b\u00fdt aplikov\u00e1na min. ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b t\u011bsnosti DHV 5 nebo je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tj. bu\u010f \u201ena bedn\u011bn\u00ed nebo ve styku s tvarov\u011b a rozm\u011brov\u011b st\u00e1lou s tepelnou izolac\u00ed\u201c. A za toto rozhodn\u011b nelze pova\u017eovat ani st\u0159\u00edkan\u00e9 PUR p\u011bny apod., ani foukan\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 izolace. Viz. \u201ePravidla \u2026\u201c, \u010d\u00e1st 2,<br \/>\ntabulka 2.2. a tabulka 2.3 na stran\u011b 31.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee tyto typy izolac\u00ed maj\u00ed i svoji souvislost s prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvy na spodn\u00ed stran\u011b<br \/>\ntakov\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 izolace. Co\u017e je platn\u00e9 pro jak\u00e9koliv parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed f\u00f3lie kter\u00e9hokoliv v\u00fdrobce !!!.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159et st\u0159\u00edkan\u00e9 PUR p\u011bny zp\u016fsobem, kdy se vyst\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 PUR p\u011bnou cel\u00e1<br \/>\np\u0159ipraven\u00e1 konstrukce a\u017e po \u00farove\u0148 CD profil\u016f \u010di jin\u00e9ho ro\u0161tu pro vlastn\u00ed desku podhledu (nap\u0159.<br \/>\ns\u00e1drokarton), jeliko\u017e to pak vede ke skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstva se instaluje chybn\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo pod<br \/>\ndesku SDK. Viz. n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 fotografie u bodu c).<\/p>\n<p>c) PUR p\u011bna chybn\u011b vyst\u0159\u00edkan\u00e1 a\u017e k vrstv\u011b budouc\u00ed desky podhledu (paroz\u00e1brana chybn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo pod deskou SDK, a chybn\u011b jen v jednotliv\u00fdch m\u00edstnostech, tj. s \u00fanikem vodn\u00edch par do konstrukce p\u0159\u00ed\u010dkou)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6487 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stavebnakomora.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/strecha-06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fsledkem takov\u00e9 instalace je pak nejen drastick\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed parot\u011bsnosti a vzduchot\u011bsnosti paroz\u00e1brany (z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed jen 2% z p\u016fvodn\u00ed parot\u011bsnosti), a nejen probl\u00e9m jak v takov\u00e9 vrstv\u011b v\u00e9st in\u017e.<br \/>\ns\u00edt\u011b ( kabely apod.), ale i jak do takov\u00e9 konstrukce instalovat zabudovan\u00e9 prvky (z\u00e1suvky, vyp\u00edna\u010de,<br \/>\nbodov\u00e1 sv\u00edtidla apod.). Tj. bez po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed parot\u011bsn\u011b\/vzduchot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvy konstrukce. Ale pak i<br \/>\nv takov\u00e9 skladb\u011b vznik\u00e1 probl\u00e9m jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b prov\u00e9st p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky (st\u011bny d\u011bl\u00edc\u00ed od sebe vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti).<br \/>\nTj. jak prov\u00e9st parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed a vzduchot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvu konstrukce tak, aby nebyla nahusto perforov\u00e1na<br \/>\n(parot\u011bsn\u011b a vzduchot\u011bsn\u011b po\u0161kozena) kotv\u00edc\u00edmi prkny podhledu, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 aby bylo spr\u00e1vn\u011b mo\u017eno<br \/>\nprov\u00e9st p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky tak, aby sice nepro\u0161ly paroz\u00e1branou (paroz\u00e1brana byly celistv\u00e1 pro cel\u00e9 podla\u017e\u00ed =<br \/>\nnedoch\u00e1zelo k \u00faniku vodn\u00edch par do zateplen\u00e9 \u0161ikminy hmotou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky), ale p\u0159itom v\u016f\u010di jednotliv\u00fdm<br \/>\nm\u00edstnostem rozd\u011blila desku podhledu a jeho ro\u0161t, tj. sn\u00ed\u017eila p\u0159enos hluku z jedn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti do druh\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tj. pro proveden\u00ed p\u011bny (stejn\u011b jako u vkl\u00e1dan\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch izolant\u016f) je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukci prov\u00e9st tak, \u017ee bude vytvo\u0159en prvotn\u00ed ro\u0161t, je\u017e ponese celistv\u011b pro cel\u00e9 podla\u017e\u00ed tepeln\u00fd izolant a parot\u011bsn\u011b spojenou a napojenou paroz\u00e1branu \u010di jin\u00fd parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed materi\u00e1l (nap\u0159. t\u011bsn\u011bnou OSB\u00a0 desku), pak zespoda k t\u00e9to vrstv\u011b vybudovat p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky (\u010di zd\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky m\u00edt do takov\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b p\u0159edp\u0159ipraveny), a teprve pak pod parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvou vytvo\u0159it vlastn\u00ed ro\u0161t v jednotliv\u00fdch m\u00edstnostech, je\u017e ponese vlastn\u00ed desku podhledu. V tomto vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00e9m meziro\u0161tu je pak mo\u017en\u00e9 bez probl\u00e9m\u016f v\u00e9st in\u017e. s\u00edt\u011b (kabely, rozvody rekuperace, apod.) a do vrstvy podhledu instalovat zabudovan\u00e9 prvky in\u017e. s\u00edt\u00ed (s p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm neho\u0159lav\u00fdm p\u0159ekryt\u00edm) ani\u017e by doch\u00e1zelo k po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed a vzduchot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti parot\u011bsn\u011b\/vzduchot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvy konstrukce. Tot\u00e9\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed i pro instalaci obdobn\u00e9 skladby v lehk\u00e9m vodorovn\u00e9m stropu podkrov\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U foukan\u00fdch izolac\u00ed je zde nav\u00edc dal\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavek. A to, aby i ze spodn\u00ed strany foukan\u00e9 izolace<br \/>\nbyla pou\u017eita tuh\u00e1 vrstva tak, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dostate\u010dn\u011b nahutnit foukan\u00e9 izolanty do \u0161ikminy<br \/>\nst\u0159echy. Tj. nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 foukat foukanou izolaci do konstrukce \u0161ikminy st\u0159echy, kde spodn\u00edm<br \/>\npodkladem t\u00e9to vrstvy bude pouze b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 f\u00f3liov\u00e1 paroz\u00e1brana. Bu\u010f je nutn\u00e9 mezi paroz\u00e1branou a<br \/>\nfoukanou izolaci instalovat op\u011bt tuhou vrstvu (nap\u0159. OSB desku), nebo je pot\u0159ebn\u00e9, aby pod<br \/>\nnainstalovanou paroz\u00e1branou je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed instalac\u00ed foukan\u00e9 izolace byl vytvo\u0159en alespo\u0148 hust\u00fd<br \/>\npodp\u016frn\u00fd ro\u0161t, nap\u0159. z lat\u00ed 40x60mm paraleln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fdch 30 cm. Tot\u00e9\u017e op\u011bt plat\u00ed i u stropu podkrov\u00ed.<br \/>\nKonstrukce nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se pod parot\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvu pak nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m v\u016f\u010di pronikaj\u00edc\u00edm kotv\u00edc\u00edm<br \/>\nprvk\u016fm t\u011bchto ro\u0161t\u016f velice lacino podt\u011bsnit. U lat\u00ed nap\u0159. kouskem p\u00e1sky JUTADACH TPK SUPER<br \/>\n(nalepen\u00e9 na paroz\u00e1bran\u011b), u p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch z\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f \u010di stav\u011bc\u00edch t\u0159men\u016f nap\u0159. kouskem oboustrann\u011b<br \/>\nsamolep\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e1sky JUTAFOL SP 1 pou\u017eit\u00e9 na plo\u0161ce z\u00e1v\u011bsu.
