Ke\u010f je nepovolen\u00e1 stavba postaven\u00e1 bez s\u00fahlasu suseda na hranici pozemkov, tieni mu dom a e\u0161te je aj staticky rizikov\u00e1, vyvol\u00e1 to len v\u00e1\u017ene, susedsk\u00e9 spory kon\u010diace a\u017e osobnou nen\u00e1vis\u0165ou, ktor\u00e1 sa nakoniec m\u00f4\u017ee obr\u00e1ti\u0165 aj proti kamar\u00e1tovi a zn\u00e1mym na mestskom \u00farade a na ostatn\u00fdch \u00faradoch, ktor\u00e9 tak\u00e9muto stavebn\u00edkovi zabezpe\u010dia, alebo u\u017e zabezpe\u010dili povolenie stavby ex post a neplat\u00ed to len pre tento pr\u00edpad&#8230;&#8220;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tak\u00fdto a podobn\u00fd stavebn\u00edk nepreinvestuje mno\u017estvo pe\u0148az\u00ed len tak bez istoty, \u017ee mu to prejde a v\u0161etko bude v napokon poriadku. \u013dudia u\u017e za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa ma\u0165 dos\u0165 svojv\u00f4le a arogancie v spolo\u010dnosti a okolo seba a br\u00e1nia sa u\u017e aj napriek probl\u00e9mom, ktor\u00e9 ich \u010dakaj\u00fa v\u010faka zneu\u017e\u00edvaniu pe\u010diatkovej a repres\u00edvnej moci \u00faradn\u00edka.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tak\u00fdto stavebn\u00edci jedn\u00e9ho d\u0148a tak, \u010di tak pr\u00eddu o zbyto\u010dne preinvestovan\u00e9 peniaze a potom si bud\u00fa vylieva\u0165 zlos\u0165 u\u017e na b\u00fdval\u00fdch priate\u013eoch a sympatizantoch, ktor\u00ed im k nez\u00e1konn\u00e9mu konaniu pomohli a pom\u00e1hali nez\u00e1konnos\u0165 z\u00e1konne zakry\u0165&#8230;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Je len ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu, kedy sa bud\u00fa zodpoveda\u0165 v\u0161etci, \u010do nez\u00e1konn\u00e9 konania pripustili alebo nezastavili v oblasti stavebn\u00edctva, preto\u017ee zatia\u013e poru\u0161ovanie stavebn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona, pr\u00e1vnici, prokurat\u00fara, pol\u00edcia a s\u00fady nepova\u017euj\u00fa za poru\u0161enie z\u00e1kona, akoby stavebn\u00fd z\u00e1kon ani nebol z\u00e1kon, ale len ak\u00fdmsi odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 silu z\u00e1kona len pre nemajetn\u00fdch&#8230;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">St\u00e1le viac sa ukazuje, \u017ee v\u010faka niektor\u00fdm biznispolitikom v minulosti je stavebn\u00fd z\u00e1kon zatia\u013e dobr\u00fd len na uskuto\u010d\u0148ovanie ve\u013ek\u00fdch komer\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov&#8230; Jednoducho, v spolo\u010dnosti sa za posledn\u00fdch 30 rokov pova\u017euje Stavebn\u00fd z\u00e1kon u\u017e len na presadzovanie developersk\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov a jeho prisp\u00f4sobovanie t\u00fdmto z\u00e1ujmom o \u010dom za posledn\u00fdch cca 30 rokov sved\u010d\u00ed vy\u0161e 40 zmien kv\u00f4li prisp\u00f4sobovaniu eur\u00f3pskej legislat\u00edve, ale v\u010faka neodbornosti a lobizmu sa z neho stal ve\u013emi komplikovan\u00fd a niekedy a\u017e rozporupln\u00fd predpis pre pou\u017e\u00edvanie be\u017en\u00fdm ob\u010danom bez \u0161ance dom\u00f4c\u0165 sa pr\u00e1va a spravodlivosti v pr\u00edpadn\u00fdch sporoch.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tzv. nov\u00e9 revolu\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1kony pre umiest\u0148ovanie stavieb a v\u00fdstavbu \u010d. 200\/2022 a \u010d. 201\/2022 za rok svojej existencie, ke\u010f e\u0161te neza\u010dali by\u0165 ani \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, za rok svojej existencie v j\u00fani 2023 u\u017e zaznamenali vy\u0161e 50 zmien a opr\u00e1v&#8230; M\u00e1me sa na \u010do te\u0161i\u0165, ale developeri ticho a spokojne vy\u010dk\u00e1vaj\u00fa&#8230;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u017dia\u013e v pr\u00edprave legislat\u00edvy vid\u00edme u\u017e pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea neodbornosti a lobizmu, mo\u017eno aj amaterizmu.
